Privacy Policy

How we look after your information.

Yes WeCare Services is a registered NDIS provider. We take the privacy of participants, families and visitors seriously. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Last updated: October 2026.

Who we are

Yes WeCare Services (“we”, “us”) provides disability supports in Dubbo and surrounding areas of New South Wales, including Supported Independent Living, personal care, community participation and transport. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, and with our obligations as a registered NDIS provider.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and the reason for your enquiry.
  • Information in a referral, which can include a participant’s name, date of birth, NDIS number, disability, diagnosis, support needs, and the referrer’s name, relationship to the participant, email and mobile number.
  • Information about how you use this website, collected through the analytics and advertising tools described below.

Some of the information in a referral is sensitive information, including health information. We only collect it with consent, and only where it is reasonably necessary to assess and provide supports. If you are completing a referral for someone else, please make sure you have their permission, or the permission of their legal representative, to share their details with us.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and to assess whether we can provide the supports requested.
  • To plan, deliver and manage supports, and to meet NDIS Quality and Safeguards requirements.
  • To maintain and improve our website and understand which of our services people are interested in.
  • To measure and improve our online advertising, as set out below.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Analytics, tag management and advertising tools

This website uses the following third party tools. They use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your visit, such as pages viewed, links clicked, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site.

  • Google Analytics helps us understand how people use the website. It is operated by Google, which may process this data on servers outside Australia.
  • Google Tag Manager lets us manage the analytics and advertising tags on this website. It does not itself collect personal information, but it triggers the other tools.
  • Meta Pixel is provided by Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It helps us measure the results of our ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. Meta may combine this data with information it already holds about you.

We do not intentionally send the contents of enquiry or referral forms, or any health information, to these tools. You can limit them in several ways:

Who we share information with

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with people and organisations that help us provide supports or run our business, such as website hosting and email providers, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and the NDIA where required, health professionals and support coordinators involved in a participant’s care (with consent), and the analytics and advertising providers above. Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States.

Contact form and email

Enquiries and referrals submitted through this website are sent to us by email. Email is not always a secure way to send information. If you would prefer not to send sensitive details this way, please contact us and we will arrange another method.

Keeping your information secure

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, and then destroy or de-identify it. If a data breach is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected people and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required.

Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or to have it corrected, by contacting us. You can also ask us to stop using your information for marketing. We may need to verify your identity first.

Making a complaint

If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us and we will respond promptly. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
